How do the interviews work?
Typically six to ten video or phone sessions, each 60–90 minutes, recorded and transcribed. We structure them around your arc rather than chronology.
What if my memory of certain events is unclear?
We work with what you have and flag gaps for you to verify. A memoir is your perspective, so accuracy to your memory is what matters.
Is there an NDA?
A mutual NDA is signed on day one, before any sessions begin.
Who owns the finished memoir?
You do, entirely. Copyright transfers on final payment.
How long is a typical memoir?
60,000–90,000 words is the trade norm. Shorter personal memoirs and extended family histories are both quoted on request.
